Unfortunately, one of the main characteristics of a snickerdoodle is the texture, which I don’t think I can recreate perfectly without the white flour and white sugar – and you know how I feel about recreating things (that it’s totally possible MOST of the time) :-(
You’re right though, it totally sounds like a relative of Jordie (someone else told me that in person…). I think it’s kind of hilarious.
