Hannah – I know, isn’t it gorgeous? I would NEVER think to put lemons on a cake, but it really is beautiful, and actually I bet the flavor is fantastic paired with the avocado and chocolate. Rachel told me later that next time she might even actually stick some lemon guts between the cake layers, which I think would be really interesting and delicious!

Wow, that is so beautiful, and such a creative method for decoration a cake! It never fails to amaze me how others design edible works of art like this… It’s almost too pretty to eat, although I’m sure it’s delicious.
